1. Age Restriction & Compliance
In strict compliance with Indian Explosives Regulations, purchasers must be 18 years of age or older. Fireworks must be stored and handled responsibly according to safety instructions.
2. Minimum Order Policy & Delivery Fees
To guarantee direct factory wholesale pricing, Friends Pyro Park enforces state minimum order requirements:
- Tamil Nadu Delivery: Minimum order value of ₹3,500 + ₹100 flat transport delivery fee.
- Other States Delivery: Minimum order value of ₹10,000 + ₹100 flat transport delivery fee.
- Orders are dispatched via licensed lorry transport services to your nearest parcel booking office.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment via UPI or Direct Bank Transfer to our official business account:

4. Quality Guarantee & Stock Replacement
All Friends Originals fireworks are 100% genuine Sivakasi factory stock, thoroughly tested for performance and safety. In the rare event of transit damage, please record an unboxing video and notify our WhatsApp line within 24 hours of parcel collection.
5. Safety Instructions
Always burst fireworks in open spaces, away from dry grass or flammable materials. Keep water buckets nearby and never attempt to relight unexploded fireworks.
